How RJ Works in 100% organic
Nepal’s 70% land is non-fertile (Acidity). This is a very scary situation. At the time of saying Healthy and Hygienic, the use of chemical while eating is ridiculous in itself. Some time ago, we had purchased 58 Ropanis of land in Ward No. 11 of Vyas Municipality of Tanahun district. We have started chilli cultivation under agriculture on this land. Akbare, Jwala, Namdhari and Jire are four types of chilies. Plants planted from 5362 seeds under the first test fully done by organic technology. Of these, 5236 i.e. 97% of the plants have been able to give full organic fruits. The first fruit has been marketed. Now under the second trial, seeds have been prepared to plant 108,000 saplings. After planting this, RJ is moving forward towards the goal of creating -“Largest 100% organic Chili Farm of Nepal”. In the first year farming and fruit, in the second year, Chili Powder, Flakes, oil, will move Forward as RJ Agro industry. It will be in the form of Pickle, Sauce, for 3 years. We are moving forward as a center for biological research and training. This farming has started under the leadership of senior experts Raghunath Khadka Sir, who has taken a break from agriculture for 37 years. RJ has 100% share in this company. Mr Raghu Nath Khadaka is 37 years very experienced personality in Agriculture field. He is retired first officer of Nepal Government agriculture Development and research center. He had Study in Japan and other country for agro subject. Visited in 26 country specially in agriculture agendas.

Academically Miss Gyanu completed graduate in Agriculture from the Agriculture campus Bharatpur Nepal. Her main subject of study is Sustainable agriculture. She has been experienced 8 years in this field. And completed more than 3000 hours informative training as a trainer. Miss gyanu is leader of RJ Agro plantation, Super vision and training department.

Mrs Subhadra Acharya is very practical person in agriculture since her childhood, She born in Syanga district of Nepal, Syanga is hill side and almost 95% people having farming culture since the very long century. she is Field and farm in-charge of RJ Agro.
