Introduction

In 2004, Mr. Raju used to run a real estate business. While planning and plotting in Pokhara at the Baral feed area, there were about three annas left in the west corner. It cost around Rs 500,000.00 at the time. The structure, which was close to the stream and horizontally oriented, did not seem to be very useful. But the president of the local society there said that the land would be useful for their society’s buildings and grounds. They asked for land for donations.

Our main goal is to develop a society and an office building with an activity ground.

 Impact

After 18 years, the president of the organization invited Raju for a virtual tour. There is a three-story building at Mitrabandhu Tole. It connects 168 families. There is also the office of the Mother Group and the Friend Brother Yuba Club. It is used for the perpetuation of events in society, motivation for children and youth, special support for senior citizens and single people, and auspicious works including karma kand and kaj kiriya karma in the pauwa built in the west. When modernity embraces eternal values, such activities fight for the user’s spiritual faith. The concept of “Think Globally, Act Locally” is always possible only in a good society. The five elements of a good society are to gather in such a locality and be active in satkarma. This auspicious work of all the members, including the president of the organization, Chitra Bahadur KC, is very exemplary as a shining example of an active citizen. The target comes true; this shows RJ’s strength as a leader.
